1. service process
- Recruitment intentions
TCFLjobs' consultant will discuss the job responsibility and position requirements with cliends.Before starting the case, consultants will identify relevant client information, such as corporate culture, history, organization structure, product, management style etc.
- Singning Headhunting Contract.
Clients shall sign the contract with TCFLjobs and pay the retainer fee.
- To proceed to take up the post.
TCFLjobs consultant will assess the candidates in terms of educational background,qualifications,working experience and achievements etc.And TCFLjobs' consultant will provide reference check report of chosen candidates according to the client's requirement.
- Follow-up Service
During the probation period, TCFLjobs will keep in touch with the client and candidate and provide consulting service for candidate to ensure that any early problems are quickly ironed out.
2. Price
- Headhunting fee is calculated as 30% of the employee's annual salary in first year. The annual salary( Thirteen monthly salary, various kinds of allowances and bonuses etc.) including deposits (30% of the total cost) and services (70% of the total cost).
- The retaining fee shall be paid for the headhunting service. Regardless of whether the business is successful or not, the retaining fee will not be refunded.
- The customer shall pay the agreed charge as per the contract when the case is closed and candidate signs on for the job. (The retaining fee shall be deducted.)
